There is a moment, quiet, uncertain, where humanity begins to turn back toward its origin.

Not with clarity. Not with conviction.
But with just enough awareness to feel that something has been lost.

An Attempt to Return captures that fragile space between disconnection and remembrance. The figure remains, but only partially, obscured, suspended between presence and absence. Around her, movement exists without direction. Marks suggest intention, yet never fully resolve, echoing the uncertainty of a path not yet found.

This piece does not depict reunion. It holds the tension before it, the hesitation, the searching, the incomplete steps back toward nature.

A reflection on awareness without action… and the quiet pull of something we know we’ve left behind.
