Thank you for supporting Blackdust Art. Each artwork is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Processing Times:

• Original artworks and limited edition pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days after purchase.

• Prints or made-to-order items may take 7–10 business days before dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Delivery:

• All orders are shipped using tracked and insured delivery services to guarantee the safe arrival of your artwork.

• Estimated delivery times:

• UK: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (times may vary depending on customs)

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork.

• International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply.

Packaging:

• Each artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

• Larger originals will be shipped in reinforced boxes or wooden crates where required.

Order Tracking:

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Orders:

• In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

• All shipments are insured, so you can purchase with confidence.
